REAL NEWS: Judge halts Warrantless Surveillance by NSA!
Federal Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in Detroit ruled today that the NSA wiretap program outside of the Foreign Intelligence Security Act (FISA) is unconstitutional, and has ordered it to be halted immediately.
